Nos aproximamos a la culminación de otro año más de operaciones
y nos vemos forzados a realizar un autoanalisis, tanto de los
eventos que han acontecido como del servicio que hemos prestado.
Nos es obvio que todo el país ha experimentado uno de los
periodos más problematicos, tanto nacional como
internacionalmente, y por ende nuestro servicio se ha visto
afectado por tantos factores que nuestra imagen ha decaido
enormemente. Es por esto, que nos hemos comprometido a
revitalizar nuestra operacion, fijando metas a muy corto plazo
que nos permitiran mejorar de una vez nuestros servicios y
recuperar en la mayor manera posible, la confianza de todos
nuestros suscriptores. Esperamos poder dar un nuevo giro de
nuestra percepcion en el mercado en 3 aproximadamente 3 meses,
empezando lo mas agresivamente posible para solventar los
mayores problemas en el menor tiempo posible.
De lograr nuestro proposito, todos nuestros suscriptores podran
nuevamente sentirse orgullosos de su proveedor y tal vez nos
permitan el continuar juntos el desarrollo de esta industria en
nuestro pais.
A todos ustedes, les agradecemos de antemano por su paciencia,
comprension y tolerancia y les aseguramos que no sera en vano
que habran depositado su confianza en nosotros.

Back to Basics
Dear Subscribers:
As we near
the end of yet another year of operations, we’re forced to
perform a self examination of the various events that affected
all our country and of the service we have been providing. It’s
obvious that the whole country has had to go through one of the
most troubled periods in our history, both locally and
internationally, and thus, of course, our service has been
affected by so many different factors that our image has
declined enormously. It’s with this in mind that we have
committed ourselves to revitalize our whole operation, setting
short term goals that will allow us to improve, once and for
all, our services and recover as much as possible, the
confidence of all our subscribers. We hope we can turn a new
leaf with regards to our perception in the field in
approximately 3 months time, starting as aggressively as
possible to address the biggest problems in the least amount of
time.
If we’re able to achieve this goal, all our subscribers will
once again be able to feel proud of their internet provider and
perhaps will allow us to continue developing this industry in
our country.
To all of you, we thank you for your patience, your
understanding, and most of all, for your tolerance, and we
assure you that it won’t be in vain that you placed your trust
upon us.
